This Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, Copyright Terms, Broadcaster Agreement, and Third Party License are referred to herein collectively as the “Terms and Conditions.” IF AT ANY TIME YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT USE THE SOFTWARE OR SERVICES AND MUST IMMEDIATELY TERMINATE YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE AND ALL SERVICES.

<h4>Personal and Non Personal Information</h4>

Generally we don\'t collect and store any personal information from you on our servers while you download or visit our product. When you submit bugs report or contact us to share your ideas and experience about our product details limited to your name, email address is shared with us or any other information you provide in your suggestions and experience which we keep limited to us only. We or non of our employee shares your personal information to any third party without your prior permission. We can also share your information by taking care of applicable laws in your country or by taking legal rights of government authorities to protect our product value and our rights.

We may collect and use your non-personal information such as Your phone\'s IMEI number, Android ID, CPN model, memory size, phone model, ROM memory size, Country, Mobile operator name etc.. We may use this information for understanding usage frequency, or solving bugs in our products and improve user experience.

Your privacy and data security we very important to us and we put particular department for that. Also we don\'t collect any of your personal information without your prior permission. Your information is kept secret and we don\'t share it with third parties for our personal interest.

We use Admob and Facebook Audience Network Ads and our own network to serve you advertisement based on your interest. <h4>UCG(USER GENERATED CONTENT)</h4>

When you download our (Software/App) from Varniraj Apps then you will be responsible for the content generated by you on our platform. We don\'t allow any screen recording or taking screenshot by the user while using our app but if some user does that by using third party services such as screen recorder or other Software/Apps, if you come to know about such user then you may write us and we will block services for that user and take appropriate action against such person. Users of our app are solely responsible for the content generated by them during live calls.

<h4>USES RULES:-</h>

We don\'t allow Nudity/ Violence activities/ Harassing other user by words on our app if any user found doing such actions related to nudity and sexuality or harassments then you may block that user and send us request to completely block his/her services from our software. If we come to know about such user then we may block you services permanently from using our software.
